Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which the Act for Establishment of the Children and Families Agency (Act No. 75 of 2022) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation of this Act.
この法律は、こども家庭庁設置法（令和四年法律第七十五号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、附則第九条の規定は、この法律の公布の日から施行する。
