Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on October 1, 2018; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items.
この法律は、平成三十年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions revising the table of contents of the Public Assistance Act in Article 3, the provisions revising Article 27-2 of that Act, the provisions in Chapter IX of that Act revising Article 55-6 to become Article 55-7, the provisions revising the chapter title of Chapter VIII of that Act, the provisions revising Article 55-4, paragraphs (2) and (3), and Article 55-5 of that Act, the provisions in Chapter VIII of that Act revising that Article to become Article 55-6, and adding one Article after Article 55-4, the provisions revising Articles 57 through 59, Article 64, Article 65, paragraph (1), Article 66, paragraph (1), Article 70, item (v) and item (vi), Article 71, item (v) and item (vi), Article 73, item (iii) and item (iv), Article 75, paragraph (1), item (ii), Article 76-3, and Article 78, paragraph (3) of that Act, the provisions revising Article 78-2, paragraph (2) of that Act (limited to the part replacing "the paying institution" with "a person who pays the benefit for employment and self-support under Article 55-4, paragraph (1)"), the provisions revising Article 85, paragraph (2), Article 85-2, and Article 86, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provisions revising item (i) of row 6 of Appended Table 1, and the row for prefectures, cities, and towns and villages that establish a welfare office, of Appended Table 3, of that Act, and the provisions of the following Article, the provisions revising item (i) of the row for the Public Assistance Act (Act No. 144 of 1950) of Appended Table 1 of the Local Autonomy Act (Act No. 67 of 1947) in Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions revising row 5-11 of Appended Table 2, row 7-7 of Appended Table 3, row 4-11 of Appended Table 4, and item (ix)-4 of Appended Table 5 of the Residential Basic Book Act (Act No. 81 of 1967) in Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions (each limited to the part adding "or the advancement preparation benefit under Article 55-5, paragraph (1) of that Act" after "benefit for employment and self-support"), and the provisions of Articles 23 and 24 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation
第三条中生活保護法の目次の改正規定、同法第二十七条の二の改正規定、同法第九章中第五十五条の六を第五十五条の七とする改正規定、同法第八章の章名の改正規定、同法第五十五条の四第二項及び第三項並びに第五十五条の五の改正規定、同法第八章中同条を第五十五条の六とし、第五十五条の四の次に一条を加える改正規定、同法第五十七条から第五十九条まで、第六十四条、第六十五条第一項、第六十六条第一項、第七十条第五号及び第六号、第七十一条第五号及び第六号、第七十三条第三号及び第四号、第七十五条第一項第二号、第七十六条の三並びに第七十八条第三項の改正規定、同法第七十八条の二第二項の改正規定（「支給機関」を「第五十五条の四第一項の規定により就労自立給付金を支給する者」に改める部分に限る。）、同法第八十五条第二項、第八十五条の二及び第八十六条第一項の改正規定並びに同法別表第一の六の項第一号及び別表第三都道府県、市及び福祉事務所を設置する町村の項の改正規定並びに次条の規定、附則第九条中地方自治法（昭和二十二年法律第六十七号）別表第一生活保護法（昭和二十五年法律第百四十四号）の項第一号の改正規定、附則第十七条中住民基本台帳法（昭和四十二年法律第八十一号）別表第二の五の十一の項、別表第三の七の七の項、別表第四の四の十一の項及び別表第五第九号の四の改正規定（いずれも「就労自立給付金」の下に「若しくは同法第五十五条の五第一項の進学準備給付金」を加える部分に限る。）並びに附則第二十三条及び第二十四条の規定 公布の日
