Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2012; provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article come into effect on the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation of the Act on the Development of Related Acts for the Promotion of Reforms to Enhance Regional Autonomy and Independence (Act No. 105 of 2011) or the date of promulgation of this Act, whichever is later.
この法律は、平成二十四年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次条の規定は公布の日から、附則第十七条の規定は地域の自主性及び自立性を高めるための改革の推進を図るための関係法律の整備に関する法律（平成二十三年法律第百五号）の公布の日又はこの法律の公布の日のいずれか遅い日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 18Delegation to Cabinet Order
第十八条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
