Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2005; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2, Article 4, the following Article, and Articles 6 through 12, Articles 14 through 16, Article 18, Articles 20 through 23, Article 25 and Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on February 1, 2006.
この法律は、平成十七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条、第四条、次条並びに附則第六条から第十二条まで、第十四条から第十六条まで、第十八条、第二十条から第二十三条まで、第二十五条及び第二十六条の規定は、平成十八年二月一日から施行する。
