Supplementary Provisions, Article 54Special Provisions on Revising the Amounts of Insurance Benefits under the New Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第五十四条（新厚生年金保険法による保険給付の額の改定の特例）
With regard to the application of the provisions listed in each of the following items concerning the amount of insurance benefits, the amount of additional pension, or the additional amount listed in that item, if the price index averaged over the year 1985 comes to exceed 100/100 of the price index averaged over fiscal year 1983, the amount of insurance benefits, the amount of additional pension, or the additional amount prescribed in the provisions listed in those items for the months on or after April 1986 is to be the amount revised, as specified by Cabinet Order, based on the rate of that rise:
次の各号に掲げる保険給付の額、加給年金額又は加算額に関する当該各号に掲げる規定の適用については、昭和六十年の年平均の物価指数が昭和五十八年度の年度平均の物価指数の百分の百を超えるに至つた場合においては、昭和六十一年四月以降の月分の当該各号に掲げる規定に定める保険給付の額、加給年金額又は加算額は、その上昇した比率を基準として政令で定めるところにより改定した額とする。
Of the amount of an employees' old-age pension, the additional amount of pension prescribed in Article 44, paragraph (2) of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act: that paragraph;
老齢厚生年金の額のうち新厚生年金保険法第四十四条第二項に規定する加給年金額 同項
Of the amount of an employees' disability pension, the amount prescribed in Article 50, paragraph (3) of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act: that paragraph;
障害厚生年金の額のうち新厚生年金保険法第五十条第三項に規定する額 同項
Of the amount of an employees' disability pension, the additional amount of pension prescribed in Article 50-2, paragraph (2) of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act: that paragraph;
障害厚生年金の額のうち新厚生年金保険法第五十条の二第二項に規定する加給年金額 同項
Of the amount of a disability allowance, the amount prescribed in the proviso to Article 57 of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act: the proviso to that Article;
障害手当金の額のうち新厚生年金保険法第五十七条ただし書に規定する額 同条ただし書
Of the amount of an employees' pension for surviving family, the additional amount prescribed in Article 62, paragraph (1) of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act: that paragraph;
遺族厚生年金の額のうち新厚生年金保険法第六十二条第一項に規定する加算額 同項
Of the amount of an employees' old-age pension, the amount prescribed in Article 9, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act: that paragraph (limited to item (i));
老齢厚生年金の額のうち新厚生年金保険法附則第九条第一項第一号に規定する額 同項（第一号に限る。）
Of the amount of an employees' old-age pension, the amount prescribed in Article 59, paragraph (2), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions: that paragraph (limited to item (i));
老齢厚生年金の額のうち附則第五十九条第二項第一号に規定する額 同項（第一号に限る。）
Of the amount of an employees' old-age pension, the additional amount prescribed in Article 60, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions: that paragraph;
Of the amount of an employees' pension for surviving family, the additional amount under the provisions of Article 74 of the Supplementary Provisions: Article 38, Article 39, paragraph (1) and Article 39-2, paragraph (1) of the new National Pension Act.
