Supplementary Provisions, Article 55Special Provisions on Payment Months of Pension Insurance Benefits under the New Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第五十五条（新厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付の支払期月の特例）
With regard to the payment of the special old-age pension under the provisions of Article 28-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act and the special pension for surviving family under the provisions of Article 28-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, until the date specified by Cabinet Order, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 36, paragraph (3) of that Act, the example of the provisions of Article 10 of the former Pension Aggregation General Rules Act is followed.
新厚生年金保険法附則第二十八条の三の規定による特例老齢年金及び同法附則第二十八条の四の規定による特例遺族年金の支払については、政令で定める日までの間は、同法第三十六条第三項の規定にかかわらず、旧通則法第十条の規定の例による。
Transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of the provisions of the preceding paragraph are specified by Cabinet Order.
前項の規定の施行に伴い必要な経過措置については、政令で定める。
