第四十九条（厚生年金保険の標準報酬に関する経過措置）
The standardized monthly amount of remuneration under the former Mariners Insurance Act for each month of a period as an insured under Mariners Insurance before the Effective Date is deemed to be the standardized monthly amount of remuneration under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act for that month.
施行日前の船員保険の被保険者であつた期間の各月の旧船員保険法による標準報酬月額は、それぞれその各月の厚生年金保険法による標準報酬月額とみなす。
