With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, for the time being, the phrase "the period during which a person was an insured of two or more categories" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the period during which a person was an insured of two or more categories, or a period listed in the items (excluding item (i)) of Article 8, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. (Act No. 34 of 1985) that pertains to a period before April 1, 1986 (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "period as a member, etc.")", the phrase "or Article 13-4, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "or Article 13-4, paragraph (1), or Article 78, paragraph (7) or Article 87, paragraph (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc.", the phrase "the period of having been an insured of the one" is deemed to be replaced with "the period as the relevant member, etc. of the one", and the phrase "confirmation" is deemed to be replaced with "confirmation (for a period listed in the items (excluding item (i)) of Article 8, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. that pertains to a period before April 1, 1986, the confirmation by the mutual aid Association or by the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan, which is to administer the mutual aid system for private school personnel pursuant to the provisions of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, according to the period listed in the relevant items)".
