第五十条
With respect to a class 4 insured person, the provisions of Article 26 of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act remain in force.
第四種被保険者については、旧厚生年金保険法第二十六条の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
With regard to the standardized monthly amount of remuneration on or after April 1986 of a class 4 insured person whose standardized monthly amount of remuneration under the provisions of Article 26 of the former Employees' Pension Insurance Act that remain in force pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is less than 68,000 yen, the provisions of Article 39, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis.
前項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた旧厚生年金保険法第二十六条の規定に基づく標準報酬月額が六万八千円未満である第四種被保険者の昭和六十一年四月以後の標準報酬月額については、附則第三十九条第三項の規定を準用する。
The standardized remuneration of a voluntarily continued mariner insured person for each month is to be, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 21 through 24 of the new Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the standardized remuneration of that person in the month that includes the day preceding the Effective Date, based on the provisions of Article 4, paragraph (7) of the former Mariners Insurance Act.
船員任意継続被保険者の各月の標準報酬は、新厚生年金保険法第二十一条から第二十四条までの規定にかかわらず、旧船員保険法第四条第七項の規定に基づくその者の施行日の前日の属する月における標準報酬によるものとする。
