Supplementary Provisions, Article 21Transitional Measures Concerning Restrictions on the Use of Names
第二十一条（名称の使用制限に関する経過措置）
With regard to a person who is actually using the name employees' pension Fund or employees' pension Fund federation on the day of enforcement of the provisions listed in the proviso of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of Article 109, paragraph (2) and Article 151, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act do not apply for six months from that day.
附則第一条ただし書に掲げる規定の施行の日において現に厚生年金基金又は厚生年金基金連合会という名称を使用している者については、この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第百九条第二項及び第百五十一条第二項の規定は、同日以後六月間は、適用しない。
