第二十二条（基金の認可の申請の手続に関する経過措置）
An employer may, even before the day of enforcement of the provisions listed in the proviso of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, carry out the preparatory acts necessary for the establishment of an employees' pension Fund, such as drawing up articles of Association and applying for authorization of establishment.
