第二十条（時効に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 92, paragraph (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by this Act also apply to the period, before the promulgation of this Act, during which payment of the whole of the pension insurance benefits of a person who, at the time of the promulgation of this Act, actually has the right to receive pension insurance benefits was suspended.
この法律による改正後の厚生年金保険法第九十二条第二項の規定は、この法律の公布の際現に年金たる保険給付の受給権を有する者の当該保険給付がこの法律の公布前にその全額につき支給を停止されていた間についても、適用する。
