第十一条
With regard to the insurance benefits of a person who, on May 1, 1965, actually has the right to receive insurance benefits that follow the example of the previous pension for surviving family, widow's pension, widower's pension or orphan's pension paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the amount (excluding the amount of benefits equivalent to the previous additional allowance or increment) is 60,000 yen.
昭和四十年五月一日において現に厚生年金保険法附則第十六条第一項の規定によつて支給する従前の遺族年金、寡婦年金、鰥夫年金又は遺児年金の例による保険給付を受ける権利を有する者の当該保険給付については、その額（従前の加給金又は増額金に相当する給付の額を除く。）を六万円とする。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to the insurance benefits of a person who has come to have, on or after May 1, 1965, the right to receive insurance benefits that follow the example of the previous pension for surviving family, widow's pension, widower's pension or orphan's pension paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act.
前項の規定は、昭和四十年五月一日以後において厚生年金保険法附則第十六条第一項の規定によつて支給する従前の遺族年金、寡婦年金、鰥夫年金又は遺児年金の例による保険給付を受ける権利を有するに至つた者の当該保険給付について準用する。
