Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Transitional Measures Concerning Payment of Insurance Benefits
第十二条（保険給付の支給に関する経過措置）
With regard to the insurance benefits prescribed in the preceding three Articles that relate to months on or before April 1965 and to disability allowances, which have not yet been paid as of May 1, 1965, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前三条に規定する保険給付のうち昭和四十年四月以前の月に係る分及び障害手当金であつて、同年五月一日においてまだ支給していないものについては、なお従前の例による。
