第三条（第三条の規定による改正に伴う経過措置）
A person who intends to obtain the permission under Article 99-3, paragraph (1) of the Road Transport Vehicle Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 may file the application even before the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect.
第三条の規定による改正後の道路運送車両法第九十九条の三第一項の許可を受けようとする者は、附則第一条第四号に掲げる規定の施行の日前においても、その申請を行うことができる。
