Supplementary Provisions, Article 11
第十一条
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before the enforcement of this Act (for the provisions amending Article 36-2, before the enforcement of those amending provisions), and to acts committed after the enforcement of this Act that relate to the notification of changes and the retention of disassembly maintenance record books for which the provisions then in force are to govern pursuant to the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
