附 則
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1951; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 5, and Article 97, paragraphs (1) and (3) (limited to the part relating to the application mutatis mutandis of paragraph (1) of that Article) come into effect on April 1, 1952.
この法律は、昭和二十六年七月一日から施行する。但し、第五条並びに第九十七条第一項及び第三項（同条第一項の準用に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、昭和二十七年四月一日から施行する。
