Supplementary Provisions, Article 27Transitional Measures Concerning Novation
第二十七条（更改に関する経過措置）
With regard to a novation for which a contract of novation prescribed in Article 513 of the Former Act was concluded before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧法第五百十三条に規定する更改の契約が締結された更改については、なお従前の例による。
