第九条
The period referred to in Article 747, paragraph (2) of the New Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 764 of the New Act is counted from the day the New Act comes into effect, in the case where the party discovered the fraud or escaped from the duress before the New Act came into effect.
新法第七百六十四条において準用する新法第七百四十七条第二項の期間は、当事者が、新法施行前に、詐欺を発見し、又は強迫を免かれた場合には、新法施行の日から、これを起算する。
