第十条
A party to a divorce that took place after The Constitution of Japan came into effect and before the New Act came into effect may ask the other party to effectuate a division of property in accordance with the provisions of Article 768 of the New Act.
日本国憲法施行後新法施行前に離婚した者の一方は、新法第七百六十八条の規定に従い相手方に対して財産の分与を請求することができる。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to the cancellation of a marriage.
前項の規定は、婚姻の取消についてこれを準用する。
