第八条
Even where a marriage contracted before the New Act came into effect may be cancelled under the Former Act, if the matter constituting the ground for cancellation is not provided for in the New Act, that marriage may not be cancelled.
新法施行前にした婚姻が旧法によつて取り消すことができる場合でも、その取消の原因である事項が新法に定めてないときは、その婚姻は、これを取り消すことができない。
