第七十四条第一項又は第二項の罪を犯した者からその上陸させた外国人の全部若しくは一部を収受し、又はその収受した外国人を輸送し、蔵匿し、若しくは隠避させた者は、五年以下の拘禁刑又は三百万円以下の罰金に処する。当該外国人の全部若しくは一部を、これを収受した者から収受し、又はその収受した外国人を輸送し、蔵匿し、若しくは隠避させた者も、同様とする。
A person who receives, from another person that committed the crime set forth in Article 74, paragraph (1) or (2), all or some of the foreign nationals who landed, or who transports, harbors, or enables the foreign nationals received to escape, is punished with imprisonment for not more than 5 years or a fine not exceeding 3 million yen. The same applies to a person who subsequently receives all or some of the foreign nationals from the person who originally received them, or who transports, harbors or enables the foreign nationals received to escape after receiving them.
営利の目的で前項の罪を犯した者は、一年以上十年以下の拘禁刑及び千万円以下の罰金に処する。
If a person commits the crime set forth in the preceding paragraph for the purpose of profit, the person is punished with imprisonment for not less than 1 year but not more than 10 years and a fine not exceeding 10 million yen.
前二項の罪の未遂は、罰する。
An attempt to commit the crime referred to in the preceding two paragraphs is punishable.
