A person who prepares vessels or an aircraft for criminal use with the intention of committing the crime set forth in Article 74, paragraph (1) or (2), or the preceding Article is punished with imprisonment for not more than 2 years or a fine not exceeding 1 million yen. The same applies to a person who knowingly provides vessels or aircraft for criminal use.
