自己の支配又は管理の下にある集団密航者を本邦に向けて輸送し、又は本邦内において上陸の場所に向けて輸送した者は、三年以下の拘禁刑又は二百万円以下の罰金に処する。
A person who transports a group of stowaways who are under their control destined for Japan, or who transports them to a place of landing in the territory of Japan, is punished with imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 2 million yen.
営利の目的で前項の罪を犯した者は、七年以下の拘禁刑及び五百万円以下の罰金に処する。
If a person commits the crime set forth in the preceding paragraph for the purpose of profit, the person is punished with imprisonment for not more than 7 years and a fine not exceeding 5 million yen.
