次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑若しくは二百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。
A person falling under any of the following items is to be punished with imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine not exceeding 2 million yen, or is to be subject to the cumulative imposition of imprisonment and a fine:
第十九条第一項の規定に違反して収入を伴う事業を運営する活動又は報酬を受ける活動を行つた者（第七十条第一項第四号に該当する者を除く。）
a person who is engaged in activities related to management of business involving income or activities for which they receive remuneration in violation of the provisions of Article 19, paragraph (1) (excluding a person falling under Article 70, paragraph (1), item (iv)); or
第六十一条の二の七第一項の規定に違反して収入を伴う事業を運営する活動又は報酬を受ける活動を行つた者
a person who is engaged in activities related to management of business involving income or activities for which they receive remuneration in violation of the provisions of Article 61-2-7, paragraph (1).
