第二章からこの章までの規定の実施のための手続その他その執行について必要な事項は、法務省令（市町村の長が行うべき事務については、政令）で定める。
The procedures necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of Chapter II through this Chapter and other particulars are provided for by Ministry of Justice Order (Cabinet Order for the administrative affairs to be performed by the head of municipalities).
