第六十二条第一項の規定による通報をした者がある場合において、その通報に基いて退去強制令書が発付されたときは、法務大臣は、法務省令で定めるところにより、その通報者に対し、五万円以下の金額を報償金として交付することができる。但し、通報が国又は地方公共団体の職員がその職務の遂行に伴い知り得た事実に基くものであるときは、この限りでない。
If a person provides information pursuant to the provisions of Article 62, paragraph (1), and if that information leads to the issuance of a written deportation order, the Minister of Justice may grant that person a reward in an amount not exceeding 50,000 yen pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order; provided, however, that this does not apply to cases in which the information was based on facts which an official of the government or a local public entity learned in course of executing their duties.
