第百一条の二の二（法第六十条の二第一項の厚生労働大臣の指定の通知等）
Article 101-2-2Notice of Designation by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 60-2, Paragraph (1) of the Act, etc.
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare has made a designation under Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Act, the Minister is to notify the practitioner of specified educational training who conducts that educational training (meaning the practitioner of specified educational training prescribed in Article 10-4, paragraph (2) of the Act; the same applies hereinafter) by a course designation notice stating the following matters:
厚生労働大臣は、法第六十条の二第一項の規定による指定をしたときは、次に掲げる事項を記載した講座指定通知書を、当該教育訓練を行う指定教育訓練実施者（法第十条の四第二項に規定する指定教育訓練実施者をいう。以下同じ。）に通知するものとする。
the name of the educational training facility;
教育訓練施設の名称
the name of the educational training course;
教育訓練講座名
the distinction of whether it is general educational training prescribed in Article 101-2-7, item (i), specified general educational training prescribed in item (ii) of that Article, or specialized practical educational training prescribed in item (iv) of that Article;
the method of implementing the training;
訓練の実施方法
the training period;
訓練期間
the amount of the admission fee and tuition fee (where the period of the general educational training prescribed in Article 101-2-7, item (i) exceeds one year, excluding the tuition fee for the portion exceeding that one year; the same applies in Article 101-2-6);
入学料及び受講料（第百一条の二の七第一号に規定する一般教育訓練の期間が一年を超えるときは、当該一年を超える部分に係る受講料を除く。第百一条の二の六において同じ。）の額
the designation number;
指定番号
other matters found to be necessary.
その他必要と認められる事項
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to publish the matters set out in the items of the preceding paragraph, for the educational training for which the designation under Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Act has been received, by a method of making them available for public inspection through the internet.
厚生労働大臣は、法第六十条の二第一項の規定による指定を受けている教育訓練について、前項各号に掲げる事項をインターネットを利用して公衆の閲覧に供する方法により公表するものとする。
