第二条（調整規定）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Adjustment Provisions
With regard to the application of Article 292-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as amended by the provisions of Article 1 during the period from the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in item (i) of the preceding Article to the day preceding the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in item (ii) of that Article, the phrase "victim or others" in paragraph (1) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "victim or others (meaning the victim or, in the case where the victim has died or has a serious mental or physical disorder, the victim's spouse, a lineal relative or sibling; the same applies hereinafter in this Article)".
