Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2007; provided, however, that the provisions in Article 2 amending Article 102 of the Road Transport Vehicle Act, the provisions of Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions in Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 213, paragraph (2), item (i), (b) and Article 158, item (i), (b) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Special Accounts (Act No. 23 of 2007) come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成十九年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条中道路運送車両法第百二条の改正規定、附則第九条の規定並びに附則第十二条中特別会計に関する法律（平成十九年法律第二十三号）第二百十三条第二項第一号ロ及び附則第百五十八条第一号ロの改正規定は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
