Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order on or before December 31, 2005; provided, however, that the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 36-2 of the Road Transport Vehicle Act, the provisions adding a chapter after Chapter VI of that Act, and the provisions amending Article 100, paragraph (1) of that Act come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one year from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成十七年十二月三十一日までの間において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第一条中道路運送車両法第三十六条の二の改正規定、同法第六章の次に一章を加える改正規定及び同法第百条第一項の改正規定は、公布の日から起算して一年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
