With regard to the application of the provisions of row 31 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act, as revised under the provisions of the preceding Article, during the period from the item (ii) effective date until the day preceding the item (iii) effective date, the term "registration, indication of a symbol under Article 76-4 of the same Act" in that row is deemed to be replaced with "registration".
