Supplementary Provisions, Article 83Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment to the Residential Basic Book Act
第八十三条（住民基本台帳法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
While the government is carrying out provisional employment welfare services under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions of that row apply with the term "or the vocational ability development project under Article 63 of that Act" in row 70 of Appended Table 1 of the Residential Basic Book Act as amended by the provisions of Article 81 of the Supplementary Provisions deemed to be replaced with "or the vocational ability development project under Article 63 of that Act, or the provisional employment welfare services under Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act under the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007)".
附則第六条第一項の規定により政府が暫定雇用福祉事業を行う間においては、附則第八十一条の規定による改正後の住民基本台帳法別表第一の七十の項中「又は同法第六十三条の能力開発事業」とあるのは、「若しくは同法第六十三条の能力開発事業又は雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号）による同法附則第六条第一項の暫定雇用福祉事業」と読み替えて同項の規定を適用する。
