第三十五条（住民基本台帳法の一部改正等）
If the item (iii) effective date is before the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Architects and Building Engineers, etc. (Act No. 114 of 2006) comes into effect, the term "item 121 of Appended Table 1" in the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "item 120 of Appended Table 1".
第三号施行日が建築士法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十八年法律第百十四号）の施行の日前である場合には、前条中「別表第一の百二十一の項」とあるのは、「別表第一の百二十の項」とする。
