A disposition, procedure or other act done under the provisions of the respective Acts (including orders based thereon; hereinafter the same applies in this Article) before this Act comes into effect, for which there is an equivalent provision in the respective Acts after the amendment, is, except as otherwise provided in these Supplementary Provisions, deemed to have been done under the equivalent provision of the respective Acts after the amendment.
