Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on January 6, 2003; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the date specified in the respective items.
この法律は、平成十五年一月六日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

The provisions of Article 80-2 of the Supplementary Provisions: whichever is later of the date on which the provisions of Article 15 of the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts for the Enforcement of the Act on the Use of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures, etc. (Act No. 152 of 2002) come into effect, or the date on which this Act comes into effect.
附則第八十条の二の規定 行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律（平成十四年法律第百五十二号）第十五条の規定の施行の日又は施行日のいずれか遅い日
