第六条（仮放免許可書等の携帯等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 23, paragraph (1) (limited to the parts pertaining to items (x) and (xi)) and paragraph (3) (limited to the parts pertaining to the special release permit prescribed in item (x) of paragraph (1) of the same Article and the written permission for provisional release prescribed in item (xi) of the same paragraph, which are included in the passport prescribed in paragraph (3)) of the Immigration Control Act as Amended by Article 2 apply to a person who is released pursuant to the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (10) of the Immigration Control Act as Amended by Article 2 or provisionally released pursuant to the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act as Amended by Article 2 on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to the carrying and presentation of the passport, crew member's pocket-ledger, registered user card or permit of a person released pursuant to the provisions of Article 52, paragraph (6) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 or a person provisionally released pursuant to the provisions of Article 54, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 before the Effective Date, and of a person provisionally released on or after the Effective Date under the provisions then in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条改正後入管法第二十三条第一項（第十号及び第十一号に係る部分に限る。）及び第三項（同項に規定する旅券に含まれる同条第一項第十号に規定する特別放免許可書及び同項第十一号に規定する仮放免許可書に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、第二条改正後入管法第五十二条第十項の規定による放免又は第二条改正後入管法第五十四条第二項の規定による仮放免を施行日以後にされた者について適用し、施行日前に第二条改正前入管法第五十二条第六項の規定により放免された者及び第二条改正前入管法第五十四条第二項の規定により仮放免された者並びに施行日以後に附則第九条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例により仮放免された者に係る旅券、乗員手帳、特定登録者カード又は許可書の携帯及び提示については、なお従前の例による。
