With regard to deportation procedures, on the grounds of having fallen under any of the items of Article 24 of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 at the time of receiving the permission, for a foreign national who received, before the Effective Date, permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 2 or permission under the provisions of Article 61-2-2, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act Prior to Amendment by Article 1, and for a foreign national who received, on or after the Effective Date, permission pertaining to status of residence to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
