①A foreign national who has been sentenced to imprisonment for a crime under Article 37 or Article 39 of the Supplementary Provisions may be deported from Japan.

②The provisions of the Immigration Control Act apply mutatis mutandis to the procedures for deportation provided for in the preceding paragraph.
