①The receipt of a residence card issued pursuant to the provisions of Article 13, paragraph (6), Article 15, paragraph (4) or Article 16, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions or an application pursuant to the provisions of Article 15, paragraph (3) or Article 16, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions must be made by appearing in person at a regional immigration bureau, and a notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions or paragraph (1) of the preceding Article or the receipt of a residence card returned pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-7, paragraph (2) of the New Immigration Control Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 17, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions and paragraph (2) of the preceding Article must be made by appearing in person at the municipal office of the place of residence, respectively.

②The provisions of Article 61-8-3, paragraphs (2) and (3) of the Immigration Control Act apply mutatis mutandis to the procedures for the receipt, application or notification provided for in the preceding paragraph.
