If the mayor of a municipality has made an entry, a deletion or a correction of an entry in a certificate of residence pertaining to a foreign resident prescribed in Article 30-45 of the Basic Resident Registration Act for a reason specified by Cabinet Order, the mayor must immediately notify the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency to that effect.
市町村の長は、住民基本台帳法第三十条の四十五に規定する外国人住民に係る住民票について、政令で定める事由により、その記載、消除又は記載の修正をしたときは、直ちにその旨を出入国在留管理庁長官に通知しなければならない。
