In order to ensure the proper enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter, the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency must, as provided for by the Minister of Justice, designate auditors from among the officials of the Agency and have them conduct an on-site audit of each immigration detention center, etc. at least once a year.
出入国在留管理庁長官は、法務大臣の定めるところにより、この章の規定の適正な施行を確保するため、その職員のうちから監査官を指名し、各入国者収容所等について、毎年一回以上、実地監査を行わせなければならない。
