Article 55-70Mutatis Mutandis Application of the Administrative Complaint Review Act
第五十五条の七十（行政不服審査法の準用）
The provisions of Article 15, Article 18, paragraph (3), Article 19, paragraphs (2) and (4), Article 22, paragraphs (1) and (5), Article 23, Article 25, paragraphs (1), (2) and (6), Article 26, Article 27 and Article 39 of the Administrative Complaint Review Act (Act No. 68 of 2014) apply mutatis mutandis to a request for examination. In this case, the phrase "upon the petition of the requester for review or ex officio" in Article 25, paragraph (2) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "ex officio", and any other necessary technical replacement of terms is specified by Cabinet Order.
行政不服審査法（平成二十六年法律第六十八号）第十五条、第十八条第三項、第十九条第二項及び第四項、第二十二条第一項及び第五項、第二十三条、第二十五条第一項、第二項及び第六項、第二十六条、第二十七条並びに第三十九条の規定は、審査の申請について準用する。この場合において、同法第二十五条第二項中「審査請求人の申立てにより又は職権で」とあるのは、「職権で」と読み替えるものとするほか、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
