A person who is dissatisfied with any of the following measures taken by the director of the immigration detention center, etc. may file a request for examination in writing with the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency:
次に掲げる入国者収容所長等の措置に不服がある者は、書面で、出入国在留管理庁長官に対し、審査の申請をすることができる。
prohibition or restriction of religious acts provided for in Article 55-6;
第五十五条の六に規定する宗教上の行為の禁止又は制限
prohibition of reading books, etc. pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-7, paragraph (2);
第五十五条の七第二項の規定による書籍等の閲覧の禁止
a disposition not permitting the use or consumption of goods procured at the detainee's own expense pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-22;
第五十五条の二十二の規定による自弁の物品の使用又は摂取を許さない処分
a disposition not permitting the delivery of personal effects kept by the detainee, cash that the detainee keeps or goods held in custody pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-31;
a disposition not permitting the receipt of medical treatment pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-43, paragraph (1), or the discontinuation of medical treatment pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (4) of that Article;
第五十五条の四十三第一項の規定による診療を受けることを許さない処分又は同条第四項の規定による診療の中止
isolation pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-50, paragraph (1);
第五十五条の五十第一項の規定による隔離
withholding or restriction of the sending or receipt of letters or of the delivery of documents or drawings pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-61, Article 55-62 or Article 55-65;
a disposition not handing over withheld letters, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the first sentence of Article 55-64, paragraph (5) (limited to a disposition relating to handover pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article).
第五十五条の六十四第五項前段の規定による発受差止信書等の引渡しをしない処分（同条第三項の規定による引渡しに係るものに限る。）
A request for examination pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph (hereinafter simply referred to as a "request for examination" in this Section) must be filed by the person making it in person.
前項の規定による審査の申請（以下この節において単に「審査の申請」という。）は、これを行う者が自らしなければならない。
