Goods lent or provided pursuant to the provisions of Article 55-21 or paragraph (2) of the preceding Article must be sufficient to maintain the health of detainees, and must be found appropriate in light of their status as detainees, taking into consideration the actual state of the lives of the people and other circumstances.
