附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
The forms of the provisional landing permit pursuant to Appended Form No. 14 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to its amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the former Regulation") are, for the time being even after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, deemed to be the forms of the provisional landing permit pursuant to Appended Form No. 14 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（以下「旧規則」という。）の規定による別記第十四号様式の仮上陸許可書の書面は、この省令の施行後においても当分の間、この省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による別記第十四号様式の仮上陸許可書の書面とみなす。
With regard to the validity of provisional landing permits pursuant to Appended Form No. 14 delivered pursuant to the provisions of the former Regulation before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前に、旧規則の規定に基づき交付された別記第十四号様式の仮上陸許可書の効力については、なお従前の例による。
