第九十五条
A person who has used the name "employees' pension Fund" in violation of the provisions of Article 109, paragraph (2) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act that remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions is subject to a civil fine of not more than 100,000 yen.
