第百一条（調整規定）
If the Effective Date precedes the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Incorporated Administrative Agency Pension and Health Insurance Welfare Facilities Reorganization Organization (Act No. 73 of 2011), then, in the part of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act that amends Article 29-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, the phrase "Article 29-3 of the Supplementary Provisions" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 31 of the Supplementary Provisions", and the phrase "Article 29-3 Deleted" is deemed to be replaced with "Article 31 Deleted".
施行日が独立行政法人年金・健康保険福祉施設整理機構法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十三年法律第七十三号）の施行の日前である場合には、同法附則第十一条のうち厚生年金保険法附則第二十九条の三の改正規定中「附則第二十九条の三」とあるのは「附則第三十一条」と、「第二十九条の三 削除」とあるのは「第三十一条 削除」とする。
