第十条（改正前国共済法等による従前の処分）
Except as otherwise provided in these Supplementary Provisions, the following dispositions, procedures and other acts are deemed to be dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out under the corresponding provisions of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act or orders based on it:
この附則に別段の規定があるものを除くほか、次に掲げる処分、手続その他の行為は、厚生年金保険法又はこれに基づく命令中の相当する規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為とみなす。
dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out under the provisions of the pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act, the former National Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act, or orders based on them;
改正前国共済法、旧国共済法又はこれらに基づく命令の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為
dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out under the provisions of the pre-amendment Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act, the former Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act, or orders based on them;
改正前地共済法、旧地共済法又はこれらに基づく命令の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為
dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out under the provisions of the pre-amendment Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, the former Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act, or orders based on them.
改正前私学共済法、旧私学共済法又はこれらに基づく命令の規定によってした処分、手続その他の行為
