第九条（端数処理に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 35, paragraph (1) of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act apply to the ruling on the right to receive insurance benefits or the revision of the amount of insurance benefits made based on grounds arising on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern with regard to the ruling on the right to receive insurance benefits or the revision of the amount of insurance benefits made based on grounds arising before the Effective Date, and the decision on the right to receive long-term benefits or the revision of the amount of long-term benefits.
改正後厚生年金保険法第三十五条第一項の規定は、施行日以後に生じた事由に基づいて行う保険給付を受ける権利の裁定又は保険給付の額の改定について適用し、施行日前に生じた事由に基づいて行う保険給付を受ける権利の裁定若しくは保険給付の額の改定又は長期給付を受ける権利の決定若しくは長期給付の額の改定については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 17, paragraph (1) of the National Pension Act as amended by the provisions of Article 87 of the Supplementary Provisions apply to the ruling on the right to receive benefits or the revision of the amount of benefits made based on grounds arising on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern with regard to the ruling on the right to receive benefits or the revision of the amount of benefits made based on grounds arising before the Effective Date.
附則第八十七条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第十七条第一項の規定は、施行日以後に生じた事由に基づいて行う給付を受ける権利の裁定又は給付の額の改定について適用し、施行日前に生じた事由に基づいて行う給付を受ける権利の裁定又は給付の額の改定については、なお従前の例による。
